Children & Babies
Reed Gift Fairs is a business event and children under 14 are not permitted. For babies ages 0-2 please visit Customer Service to complete a pram/carrier form and collect a security approval entry sticker.
Guests
Reed Gift Fairs is a trade only event. From 2021, registered visitors are allowed to bring in a guest. All legitimate trade can register via here.

Getting To Reed Gift Fairs Sydney
By bus
ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.
Complimentary shuttle busses are available to and from the airport. Reserve your seat here.
By train
A short walk from Central or Town Hall will take you directly to Darling Quarter, Tumbalong Park and Sydney Visitor Centre. Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.
By light rail
Two Light Rail stations (Exhibition Centre and Convention Centre) run alongside the venue to provide immediate connectivity with Central Station.
The closest to Life Instyle is the Exhibition Centre station, just a short 5 minute walk to access the Level 4 event deck.
Taxi/rideshare
Get collected and picked up from Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit, both accessed via Darling Drive.

ICC Sydney has two car parks available, one below the Exhibition Centre and the second located next to the Theatre. Access for both is via Darling Drive.

Airport Shuttle
Reed Gift Fairs offers a complimentary airport shuttle service available to visitors travelling interstate to and from Sydney Domestic Airport and ICC Sydney.
Buses depart from Iron Wharf Place outside the Convention Centre/Sofitel and airport boarding is from Terminal 2 Coach Bays and will be a Murrays bus.
This Airport Shuttle Bus also includes stops at Holiday Inn Express Sydney Airport and Travelodge Hotel Sydney Airport.
